Terms of Use
These Terms apply to Fede's AI & Data Lab at fede.datatunnel.io, a personal professional portfolio and AI and data knowledge site.
1. Scope and acceptance
The Site includes public articles, research synthesis, interactive tools, diagrams, and information about a request-only AI Architecture Guidance Library. These Terms apply to fede.datatunnel.io only; they do not govern the separate datatunnel.io news site or third-party sites linked from this Site.
2. Site owner and contact
The Site is operated by Federico Lopez Nolasco, referred to on the Site as Fede Nolasco, of 22 Wilford Court, Cork Abbey Avenue, Bray, County Wicklow, A98 V755, Ireland. Questions about these Terms may be sent to socialnetwork@datatunnel.io.
3. Permitted use of public content
You may access and read public portions of the Site for personal learning, professional evaluation, and internal reference, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You may link to public pages fairly and lawfully, provided you do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval where none exists. Short quotations may be used where permitted by law with clear attribution and a link where practical.
4. Intellectual property and attribution
Unless stated otherwise, Fede Nolasco owns or controls rights in the Site's original materials, including commentary, research synthesis, explanatory text, selection and arrangement of information, workflow structures, decision frameworks, diagrams, calculator logic, metadata structures, visual design, and compilation of content.
Third-party publications, laws, regulations, standards, research, vendor documentation, trademarks, and other referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners. Facts, general ideas, public regulations, and standards are not claimed as exclusive property; original synthesis and expression are protected to the extent permitted by law.
5. Restrictions on reuse
Except where expressly permitted by law or with prior written permission, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or make available substantial portions of the Site's original content;
- systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or compile Site content into a database, dataset, knowledge base, or competing service;
- use substantial protected content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground, or improve an AI or machine-learning system;
- remove attribution or proprietary notices, present Site materials as your own, interfere with Site operation or security, or place an unreasonable burden on the Site.
These restrictions do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Request-only guidance library
A public request for access does not create a right to access the protected library. If access is granted, credentials and access are personal, non-transferable, revocable, and for the approved user's evaluation only, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Approved users must not share credentials or redistribute, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse protected material without prior written permission.
Access may be suspended or revoked where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its content, security, or these Terms.
7. Information only — no professional advice
The Site is provided for general information, education, and professional discussion. It does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, tax, investment, security, procurement, employment, medical, or other professional advice. Information may become outdated or may not apply to a particular organisation or use case. Verify information independently, consult authoritative sources, and obtain appropriate professional advice before acting.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to external websites, documents, platforms, or services outside Fede Nolasco's control. Links are supplied for convenience and context only and do not constitute endorsement. Their content, availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and notices.
9. Availability and liability
The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. It may be changed, suspended, restricted, or discontinued, including protected guidance access, without prior notice where appropriate. Reasonable care is taken in preparing content, but no representation is made that the Site will always be complete, accurate, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fede Nolasco is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its content. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated when the Site, its access model, or applicable requirements change. The current version will show its effective date. Continued use after an updated version is published means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ireland. This does not prevent consumers from relying on mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence where applicable.
